Terms of Service.

Last updated 1 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Rolagon, a sales-training service that runs simulated insurance sales calls against synthetic prospects and scores how you handled them. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an agency, you confirm you can bind that agency.

What Rolagon is, and what it is not

Rolagon is practice. The prospects are synthetic, the scenarios are invented, and the scorecards are generated automatically by a language model. Nothing Rolagon produces is professional, legal, compliance or regulatory advice, and a good score is not evidence that a real sales call met any standard set by a carrier, a state insurance regulator, or your own firm. You remain responsible for how you sell.

Scores are the output of an automated system and will sometimes be wrong. Do not use them as the sole basis for employment decisions.

Accounts and workspaces

Training happens inside a workspace. Whoever creates a workspace is its owner and controls its subscription, its seats and its minute pool. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Workspace owners and managers can see the calls, scorecards and minute usage of the producers in their workspace. If you join a workspace run by your employer, assume your practice calls are visible to them. That is the point of the product, but it should not be a surprise.

Subscriptions, minutes and payment

Plans start at $59 per month and each one includes a monthly allowance of live roleplay minutes pooled across the whole workspace, plus a number of producer seats. Extra seats are $19 per month each, up to 5 per workspace; larger deployments are quoted individually rather than sold at a list price. Current plans, prices and allowances are on the pricing page, which is part of these terms.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Prices exclude sales tax, which Stripe calculates at checkout from your business address. Rolagon is currently offered to US-based agencies only.

Minute allowances reset at the start of each billing period and unused minutes do not carry over. Purchased top-up minutes do not expire while your subscription is active. If a workspace runs out of minutes, calls stop until it tops up or the period resets.

The trial

New workspaces get a 7-day trial. It requires a valid payment card, and unless you cancel before it ends your subscription begins automatically at the plan you chose. The trial is limited in minutes and in how much of the scenario library it opens.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give pro-rata refunds for part-used periods. If you think you have been billed in error, email help@rolagon.com and we will look at it properly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share a seat between people, or resell or sublicense access. Seats are per named producer.
  • Try to extract the underlying scenario definitions, prompts or model instructions, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Use Rolagon to generate content that harasses, defrauds or impersonates a real person, or to rehearse a sales approach that is unlawful where you operate.
  • Automate, scrape or load-test the service, or work around minute limits.
  • Upload personal information about real prospects or customers into scenario or profile fields. Rolagon is a practice environment and is not the right place for real customer data.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and we will tell you why.

The partner program

The partner program is the paid referral program: commission on the plan price of customers you refer, for a fixed period from their first payment. It is a separate contract with its own terms, and taking part means accepting the Rolagon Partner Agreement in full. Partners are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own taxes; we need a W-9 before we can pay anyone. Referrals must be genuine: self-referral, spam and misrepresenting Rolagon forfeit unpaid commission.

Referring a friend

Separately from the partner program, any workspace owner can share a referral link. The reward is account credit in training minutes, never money — so there is no contract, no contractor relationship and no tax paperwork on either side.

Refer a friend

Any workspace owner can share a referral link. When someone signs up through it and their first payment clears, we add 100 training minutes to your workspace and 100 training minutes to theirs.

Their minutes are credited as soon as that payment clears. Yours are credited after a 30-day hold, which is the refund window: if your friend's payment is refunded inside it, your credit does not land.

A referral link does not change the price your friend pays or the trial they get. The reward is minutes on both sides and nothing else.

What the credit is and is not

Referral minutes are account credit. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred to another workspace, and are not refundable. They are not compensation, and nothing about referring a friend makes you a contractor, an agent or an employee of Rolagon.

Because no money changes hands, there is no tax paperwork on either side. If you want to be paid actual commission for referrals, that is the partner program, which is a separate agreement.

Unused minutes stay on the workspace. If the workspace is closed, they go with it.

Fair use

You cannot refer yourself, and attribution is refused where the new workspace or the signup email is your own. Creating additional accounts, using another person's details, or referring workspaces you control in order to farm credit will cost you the credit and may cost you your account.

Do not send unsolicited bulk email or messages, do not run paid ads on our brand name, and do not post your link to coupon or deal sites. Do not imply you are speaking for Rolagon.

One referrer per referred workspace, decided when they subscribe and fixed from then on.

Changes

We can change the reward or end the refer-a-friend program at any time. Credit already earned stays on your account. We may withhold or reverse credit we believe was obtained in breach of these terms.

Your content and ours

Rolagon and everything in it — the scenario library, the prompts, the scoring rubric, the interface — remain ours. Your call recordings, transcripts and scorecards remain yours; you grant us the license needed to process, store and display them to you and to your workspace managers, and to operate and improve the service.

Availability

Rolagon depends on third-party services, including a voice provider and a language-model provider, and we do not promise a specific uptime. We may change or retire features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell subscribers before it takes effect.

Liability

Rolagon is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, lost data or other indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify account owners by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Rolagon after that means you accept the new version.
