Frequently asked questions
What counts as a minute?
Live talk time on a roleplay call, rounded up to the minute. Browsing the library, reading scorecards and replaying audio cost nothing.
What happens when the pool runs out?
Calls stop until you decide otherwise. We never push an overage onto your next bill. Buy a top-up pack or move up a tier.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Plan minutes reset at the start of each billing month. Top-up pack minutes never expire, and they are still there if you cancel and come back.
Who counts as a seat?
Any producer with a login. Extra seats are $19 a month each and carry 60 more minutes into the shared pool. You can add up to 5, so 15 seats is the most any self-serve plan reaches. Past that we size it with you.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Move up, move down, add or drop seats at any time, and the difference is prorated on your next invoice. Moving up to Agency is the one that starts with a conversation, since it is priced against your floor rather than off a tier.
Is a card required for the trial?
Yes. The trial is 7 days, 30 minutes and 1 scenario per line. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
What does annual actually save?
Two months. You pay ten months up front for twelve, and the pool refills every month as usual.
How do you work out which plan fits?
The sizer on the pricing page assumes each producer runs 2 roleplays a week, at about 7 minutes a call, then picks the cheapest plan whose pool covers that and whose seats cover your producers. It is an estimate, it changes nothing you are charged, and you can ignore it and pick a tier yourself.
