Rolagon runs simulated sales calls, which means it processes your voice. This page says plainly what we collect, who else touches it, and how to get rid of it. Rolagon is currently offered to US-based agencies only.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. Optionally a display name you set yourself.
- Your side of practice calls. Audio of what you say during a roleplay, and the transcript produced from it.
- Call records. Which scenario you ran, the difficulty and call type, when it started, how long it lasted, whether the live coach was on, and the scorecard the model produced.
- Workspace and billing data. Which workspace you belong to and your role in it, your subscription and plan, and how many minutes have been used.
- Referral source. If you arrive through a partner link, a cookie recording that partner's code, kept for 90 days.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.
Where your call recordings actually live
This is the part worth reading twice. The live conversation is carried by ElevenLabs, which provides the synthetic prospect's voice and speech recognition. Recordings and transcripts of your calls are held by ElevenLabs, and Rolagon retrieves them from there when you replay a call. Rolagon's own database stores the call's metadata and its scorecard, not the audio.
After a call ends, the transcript is sent to Anthropicto produce the scorecard. If you use the live coach during a call, short excerpts are sent to Anthropic while the call is running to generate suggestions. Both providers' standard API terms prevent them from using content submitted through their APIs to train their models.
Who else processes your data
- Supabase — authentication and the application database.
- Vercel — hosting and request logs.
- Stripe— payments. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach Rolagon's servers.
- ElevenLabs — voice conversation, recordings, transcription.
- Anthropic — scoring and live coaching.
- Resend — transactional email, such as workspace invitations.
- Logo.dev— the carrier logos on our public pages. These are served from Logo.dev's own image CDN directly to your browser, which means it receives your IP address and browser details as part of loading them.
Who can see your calls
You can see your own calls, scorecards and history. The owner and managers of your workspace can see them too — that includes your scorecards, the calls behind them, and your minute usage. If your employer runs the workspace, treat your practice calls as visible to your employer.
Rolagon staff can access data where necessary to run and support the service, investigate a problem, or comply with the law.
Why we are allowed to process it
We process your account, call and billing data to provide the service you or your agency have signed up for, and to charge for it. We process a limited amount of technical data to keep the service secure and working. Where the law requires consent for microphone access, your browser asks you for it and you can refuse — though without a microphone the product cannot do anything.
How long we keep it
Call records and scorecards are kept while your account is open, so that you and your manager can track progress over time. Recordings are subject to ElevenLabs' retention as well as ours. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. When an account is closed we delete or anonymise its personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records by law.
Your choices
You can edit your profile in the app, leave a workspace, and cancel your subscription at any time. To request a copy of your data, correction of something wrong, or deletion of your account and its call history, email help@rolagon.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data-protection regulator.
Cookies
We use cookies that the service needs to function: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and — if you arrived through a partner link — a referral cookie for 90 days. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Children
Rolagon is a tool for working insurance producers and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will notify account owners before it takes effect.
